Spring Break Part 1: Playdates and a Mini-Vacation

The boys and I had spring break the same week this year. We've had a blast so far, and have made the most of our time together.

We've gotten together with lots of friends for playdates.


On Monday we got to hang out with A and A for some indoor playground fun. This was the only time they were all actually in one place, so we took advantage for a picture.




On Tuesday, we went to story time and lunch with some old friends and new ones. The boys absolutely loved the story, and thought it was great that we ate dessert before lunch.


Andy took a day off from the hospital so that we could spend a few days together, just our family. We stayed in a hotel where we did a lot of swimming, watched a lot of cartoons, and went out for what Monkey is calling "Taco Tuesday."

After we spent Wednesday morning swimming, we stopped at a park before heading home. We played tag, goo monster, and motorcycles. It was a perfect mini-vacation!
