Changes...

Well, things have been busy at our end. Can you tell from my severe lack of posting?

As many of you know, Andy is back in school pursuing a Nuclear Medicine Technology degree. Since we don't know where he will be working when he's finished this summer, we decided to put our house on the market. The thought being that by the time we figured it all out, given the market, we might be close to selling after 8-12 months (realtor advice). Well, go figure, our house sold in a very short amount of time. Great news, except, where do we go in the meantime? My parents very generously volunteered to have us shack up with them. So, yes, I'm 35 years old with a husband and 2 kids, living in my parents' basement. A bit of an adjustment for everyone to say the least! But we are very grateful that we have the next few months to save up some money and be able to make the best decision for our family when Andy is done with school.

The boys are also trying some new things. They are both taking swimming lessons and tae kwon do.

Both my boys love to swim. I think they would be in the water all day if we let them. They are both gaining confidence and having a blast!Very recently we started tae kwon do lessons. Riley is VERY into it, and Brendan is still warming up. But we love their Master, and who can resist a little boy in that uniform! They are learning to kick, punch and show respect.

My hope is to begin blogging more often now that things have settled down. Wish me luck!

You're back! Yay! I'm excited your house sold so quickly and you can start planning your next move (hopefully in the westward direction :) OK, the tae kwon do shots are adorable - look at those outfits!!

They look adorable in their tae-kwon-do outfits! I can't wait to hear more about that. You've definitely had lots of changes lately, and I'm glad you'll be back to blogging more soon!

They look so amazing in their tae kwon do uniforms. I love the action picture. I'm looking forward to seeing more pictures.
