Hello Friends! I've been gone for a while. I started back at work today so I was trying to enjoy as much of my little guys as possible, with as little distraction as possible.
The start of my new school year is always bittersweet...there is the excitement and anticipation about what the upcoming year will bring. And then there is the heartbreak over having to give up my precious time with my beautiful little boys. I need about two weeks (and a few bottles of wine) to get used to the routine again, and then I'm sure it will be bearable! The ironic thing is that I seem to have more time to blog when I'm at work (go figure), so hopefully I will get better about that! I'll be sure to post about our latest adventures in a few days.
I wanted to say congratulations to a few of my bloggy friends and fellow adoptive mommies. Congrats to Jen on bringing your sweet daughter home - to Katie on meeting your beautiful little girl - to Jojo for getting your travel call - and to Rachel for getting your visa interview. It is such an amazing time for all of these ladies and their families. I'm just glad I get to share a little in their excitement!
