Because of my lack of blogging skills lately, I am starting something new. I use this blog as a way to connect, but also as a way to document some of the fun and important things that happen to my family. My hope is that when my boys get older, they will be able to look back and have a record of their lives. For that reason, I am going include some of the things that have happened over the past few months that I have failed to blog about.
At the end of March, we were lucky enough to be able to go to Florida for vacation. This is the fourth time we have gone there, the third since Spike has been home. Nonna and Peepaw were there with us, and we all had a great time. We stayed in the same condo as we always do, which has a pool and is right on the beach. The area we go to is not packed with tourists, so it is such a relaxing trip.

This year was especially fun because both boys were old enough to really enjoy everything. They had a great time playing in the pool, swimming on my back, playing on the stairs, and splashing everyone within reach. Every day we would also go to the beach and dig holes that they would bury things in and fill with water.

I love the pictures you have of the boys! They are so sweet! The reason I blog too is to capture these memories too...so that my kids can remember them when they get older. =)
