When mom is away, the boys will play!!!!!!!!!

Since Kara is in Seattle, I thought I would hijack her blog and let everyone know what happens when Mom gets lost for the weekend. This is how the boyz roll!!!!!!!!!

We weren't worried about the Tornado Sirens, we sat in the garage and cheered at the lightning strikes

Did we waste our time at the library?? H*ll no!! We went and saw fighter jets, touched the missles and sat in helicopters pretending to blow stuff up.

Did we have a nice little play date with our girlfriends?? Nope, we went out and learned how to drive Auntie K and Uncle E's Boat.

Were we worried about when we were going to eat lunch?? Absolutely not, Cheetos and Capri Suns sound pretty good to us.

Did we have to go to the bathroom right before we got on to the boat??? You guessed right, no!!!! We learned how to pee for distance off the side of the boat. Picture omitted for obvious reasons.

What time is it?? Do we need to get home, have dinner, take a bath, and get to bed???? Instead lets play in the sand outside the local watering hole and listent the soothing sounds of the Bob Marley and the Whalers cover band do the best rendition of "I Shot the Sheriff"

Here is a quick synopsis of our breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.

Cinnamon rolls, donuts, bacon, sausage, and hashbrowns.

Cheesesteaks, Macaroni and cheese, ramen noodles, hot dogs, and chicken fingers

4 meat pizza(pepperoni, sausage, canadien bacon, and ground beef), Leftover mac n' cheese, ramen noodles again.

You might be asking yourself, were there any of the other food groups involved with these meals?? NOT REALLY, and we are fine with that.

And just think, we have 1 more day until Mom gets home!!!

I must say the best part of the weekend so far, was hearing right before bed, both boys say>>>

"Daddy, does mommy come home tomorrow? We miss her, we want to take her to the "fighting jet museum" and I think she would like to drive the boat too!!!!

Love you, Mom.

And by the way, we wathced a lot of Thunder Cats this weekend.

Best. Guest Post. Ever.
Nice work, Andy - on the writing and the fathering skills. My boys are jealous. Well done.

I know the boys had an amazing time with you! Even though I cringed at a few of those descriptions, I couldn't ask for a better husband or father to my children. I love you Stinky Daddy!

This. is. HYSTERICAL!!!! I love that Andy did a post! I also love hearing about the interesting menu choices while you were away, but my favorite part is hearing how they all wanted you back home. So sweet.
